1、 Production process
The production process of coated steel pipes mainly includes raw material preparation, steel pipe pretreatment, coating treatment, curing and cooling, as well as inspection and packaging. Among them, coating treatment is the core process, and common coating treatment methods include hot-dip molding, spraying, electrostatic spraying, etc.
Hot dip molding process: After preheating the steel pipe to a certain temperature, plastic powder is coated on the steel pipe through a spray gun or electrostatic adsorption, and then sent to a constant temperature electric furnace for heat treatment, so that the plastic powder melts and adheres to the surface of the steel pipe.
Spray coating process: Use a spray gun to spray pre prepared plastic coating onto the surface of the steel pipe, forming a uniform and dense coating.
Electrostatic spraying process: Electrostatic powder coating is sprayed onto the surface of pre treated steel pipes, and the powder is attached to the surface of the steel pipes through electrostatic adsorption effect, and then sent to a constant temperature oven for curing.
